Brief Itinerary:

Day 1
Begin your heritage experience at Brisbane's historic Quality Hotel The Inchcolm. Centrally located in the Brisbane CBD, and within walking distance to a host of city tourist attractions, from here you can explore the Queensland Cultural Centre at South Bank, including Queensland Museum South Bank. The Brisbane City Walk is a self-guided tour of Brisbane's heart via the three major parklands that green the city.

Day 2
Your car will be delivered to your hotel by an Alpha Car Hire representative. Travel to Ipswich, Queensland's oldest provincial city, for The Workshops Rail Museum. Other points of interest include the Ipswich Art Gallery, beautiful parks, gardens and grand heritage homes.

Depart Ipswich and continue your drive via the Cobb and Co Tourist Drive, following the carriage wheel road signs. Travel through Rosewood, Walloon, Grandchester, Laidley and Gatton before arriving in Toowoomba for your night's accommodation at Quality Hotel Burke & Wills.

Day 3
After a delicious country breakfast stroll through Historical Russell Street. The walk commences at the Railway Station, continues west to Kensington Street and then returns east to the intriguing shop fronts in the city centre.

Visit Toowoomba's famous Cobb+Co Museum. The Museum is home to the National Carriage Collection, Australia's largest collection of horse-drawn vehicles.

Travel back to the Alpha Car Hire Depot in Brisbane via the Warrego Highway.
