Nippers Play and Learn

Nippers Play and Learn is a wonderful opportunity for children aged 5 years old and younger to play and learn about the world outside the train window. Different themes are explored each month and all sessions are led by Museum staff with parents/carers guiding their children through the different activities.

Themes explored at Nippers Play and Learn sessions have included Bugs on the Tracks, Circus Train, Food Transport and a Train Ride to the Beach.

Bunny Eggventures

Egg-mania hits The Workshops Rail Museum with Bunny Eggventures! It's all aboard for egg and bunny activities and visitors even meet The Workshops Bunny.

Santa Sunday

Ho ho ho! Santa always makes a special stop at The Workshops Rail Museum before the Christmas seasons starts. Normally held the last Sunday in November, the Santa Sunday event is always a great family fun day.
