Teacher Free Months
During October and November 2009, Queensland school teachers are admitted FREE into The Workshops Rail Museum, seven days a week. Take the opportunity to experience the educational offering of the multi-award winning Museum and plan your next school excursion. Don't forget that Queensland schools groups are admitted FREE during school hours. Teachers are required to show proof of their teacher registration on entry.

Meet Santa when he makes a very special stop at The Workshops Rail Museum before the Christmas season starts! Ho ho ho!
Admission is FREE after general Museum entry, or FREE for Annual Pass Members.

Get into the Christmas spirit with festive art and craft activities at the Creation Station, write letters to Santa and play the part with dress-ups.

Santa Celebration Heritage Diesel Train Journey 2
Get into the festive spirit with the Santa Celebration Heritage Diesel Train Journey 2!
Departing from The Workshops Rail Museum Platform, take a one and a half hour trip through the scenic South East Queensland country side before returning to the Museum to meet Santa and enjoy the Christmas themed activities.
Please note Heritage Train ticket prices do not include entry into the Museum.
