Group booking

Groups bookings and rates are available to groups of 15 or more paying visitors who have pre-booked.

A Heritage Railway Workshops Tour is included in general entry.

We offer free entry for your bus driver.

• Adult at $19.00 per person
• Concession (on presentation of Concession Card) at $16.00 per person
• Child (ages 3 to 15) at $10.50 per person

Packages include entry, a Heritage Railway Workshops Tour and your choice of food option.

Included in general Museum entry! Join a 30 minute tour into Queensland Rail’s active Heritage Workshop. Enclosed footwear is required.

Please indicate your preference below:

1. Confirmation of booking must be made in writing by the client accompanied by a 30% deposit. Balance is to be paid prior to or on arrival. Cheques are to be made payable to The Workshops Rail Museum. Major credit cards or cash are accepted.
2. The Workshops Rail Museum does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a booking.
3. Notice of Cancellation: We require written notice if the client wishes to cancel or postpone an event. A 100% refund will be given if cancellation is made before seven (7) days of the visit. Please note that with cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the visit, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.
4. Final confirmed number of guests is required seven (7) days prior to the event.
5. Prices: All prices listed include GST where applicable. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change.
6. Bookings made with less than two (2) days notice cannot be guaranteed placement on the Heritage Railway Workshops Tours.
7. Heritage Railway Workshops Tours Conditions: (a) Please note for your safety, and to meet health and safety regulations, enclosed footwear must be worn on Tours. (ie no open-toe shoes, sandals or thongs). (b) Every effort will be made to rebook late arrivals for tour bookings at a later time. No refunds or deferment to another day is available.

Privacy: The personal information collected and maintained by the Queensland Museum/The Workshops Rail Museum comprises your name, address, contact details and information specific to your involvement with the Museum. The information requested allows us to provide you with up-to-date information including products, events and special offers. Your personal information is also collected for research to improve our industry.
