The Museum is just 40 minutes by car from the centre of Brisbane.

From Brisbane or the east
Travel on the Ipswich motorway and take the Warrego Highway. Take the Mt Crosby Road Exit and then follow the signs.
From Toowoomba
Travel on the Warrego Highway and take the Kholo Road Exit and the follow the signs.
From Warwick
Travel on the Cunningham Highway and take the Warwick Road Exit. Continue to the centre of Ipswich and then follow the signs.

Queensland Rail operates regular services from Brisbane’s Central station and Roma Street stations to Ipswich.
Bus
Transfer to Westside Bus Company route 515 at Ipswich station from Stop 2 in Bell Street to the Museum. View the route 515 timetable.
