These resources are provided for teachers and students to assist in exploring the Museum. Materials may also be used to assist in the delivery of classroom lessons.
Trails

A simple activity booklet for students to use to find their way through some of the museum's exhibits.

An activity booklet for students who like numbers. Can they find all the numbers hidden in the museum's exhibits?
Simple Machines - Push and Pull Trail
Students will uncover the differences between pushing and pulling through an exploration of the museum's exhibits.
Workshops
Wood Workshop
The Wood Workshops will allow students to exercise their physical and creative skills. Using vices, hammers, nails, bolts and screws students will create their own wooden toy train. Sessions are suitable for children aged 5-12 years. Sessions are supported by a package of pre and post visit activities.
