Features
Finger of claw is a simple spear without any additional teeth on inside edge; swollen at base. Large orange spot inside claw; body colour variable. Transverse groove on each segment of abdomen. To 60-70 mm long.
Notes
In crevices and holes in dead and living coral clumps on reefs and in mussel clumps in shallows (e.g. Dunwich and Myora on North Stradbroke Island). Northern Australia; also South-west Pacific.
