Special activities on the Bush Picnic Day in addition to all the fun of The Great Train Robbery daily activities include:
Jack Roo – Roving Entertainment
Every half hour on the hour from 10:30am to 2:30pm
Meet Jack Roo, a bushman with a big personality and fun interactive activities – will it be gumboot throwing or bush-dancing?
Bush Skills Demonstrations
10:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm & 2:30pm
Join Phill around the campfire for stories of the bush, demonstrations of billy tea, damper making and whip cracking.
Kowboy Kids Toy Pony Rides
9:30am to 4:00pm
Take a ride on one of our life-like ponies. One ride per child only. Adult supervision required. Protective helmets must be worn.
Picnic Hamper
Enjoy a picnic lunch while you contemplate who committed the crime. Hampers include wraps, cakes/slices, fruit, juice or water, and a treat. Picnic hampers must be pre-booked.
